1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Syntharil ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Syntharil provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to seed Salesforce sandbox environments with test data. The Service connects to your Salesforce organization via OAuth and creates test records based on your configuration.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We will process your personal data (including name, email, phone number, and address) to provide the Service and communicate with you.
  • We will access your connected Salesforce organizations solely to perform the data seeding operations you request.
  • Your Salesforce OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM).
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Our data processing practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Use the Service to seed data into production Salesforce environments without appropriate authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

6. Salesforce Integration

By connecting your Salesforce organization to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to grant the Service access to your Salesforce organization
  • You will only use the Service with sandbox or test environments, not production environments containing real customer data
  • You are responsible for any data created in your Salesforce organization through the Service
  • You will comply with Salesforce's terms of service when using our Service

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Syntharil and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHARIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Syntharil and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
